Once you purchase your tickets, we will mail them out to you the next business day. If you ordered the tickets the week of the performance (the Saturday, Sunday, or Monday before the concert), then we will hold your tickets for you at Will Call. You can pick up your tickets once you arrive to the performance venue an hour
before the performance. The Will Call table is open until 30 minutes
after the start of the performance.
I ordered my tickets online
If you ordered tickets online, you may not receive an email confirmation from our system. Please check your junk mail in case the confirmation went there. If you are concerned that your transaction did not go through properly or if you would like to confirm your purchase, please call us at 901.537.2525 or email us at
tickets@memphissymphony.org. Otherwise, you can expect your tickets in the mail or at Will Call, depending on when you ordered them.
I lost my tickets
If you lost your tickets, simply give us a call at 901.537.2525 or email us at
tickets@memphissymphony.org. We will place your tickets in Will Call for the next performance you will attend.
Where is Will Call located?
(There is a Will Call banner pointing you to the correct place at each venue)
Cannon Center – in the lobby right next to the Cannon Center Box Office. If you purchased tickets from the Memphis Symphony, please proceed to Will Call.
Germantown Performing Arts Centre – in the middle of the lobby as soon as you walk in. There are generally two lines: one for ticket purchasing and one for Will Call.
Hutchison – in the lobby when you walk in. There are generally two lines: one for ticket purchasing and one for Will Call.
I’d like my tickets in hand immediately
We are happy to give you your tickets as soon as you purchase them. Just come to the Box Office Monday-Friday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and concert Saturdays 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. For more information and directions about our Box Office, please click

Please note, there is always ONE $5 fee for your entire order over the phone or online. This fee is not per ticket, but per order. You can waive this fee by physically coming to the Box Office, where you will receive your tickets right away.
